About this design
A weathered cowboy leans back against an old tree, hat tipped low, boots crossed in the dirt, taking a long quiet moment at the end of a hard day. There is real story in this one. You can almost feel the dust on his clothes and the breeze moving through the branches above him. Carved in wood, that worn leather and tired posture come alive in a way a flat print never could.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for clean cutting. The depth runs from the deep tree bark down to the fine grass and branch detail in the background, so the layering reads well even from across a room. It is ready for Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, and ArtCAM, and it runs nicely on a CNC router, a laser engraver using a heightmap workflow, or a resin or FDM 3D printer. For a crisp finish, rough it out with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back with a 3mm ball nose at 10 percent stepover to pull out the face, the folds in his shirt, and the texture in the bark. Scale it to fit a plaque, a framed panel, a door insert, or a larger ranch-themed wall piece.
This is an instant digital download, and commercial use is included, so carve it for your own walls or run a batch to sell at shows and your shop. Western fans, ranchers, and anyone who loves a good frontier scene will want one. Download it, load your toolpaths, and make some sawdust.
