About this design
A lone wolf throws its head back and howls at a full moon while a waterfall pours down the cliff behind it. The whole scene feels like a cold night in the high country, and once it is cut into oak or walnut you can almost hear that call echo off the rocks. This is the kind of panel that stops people in a cabin hallway and makes them lean in close.
What you get is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for clean carving. The depth is layered well, with the wolf and foreground stone pushing forward while the trees, moon, and falling water recede into soft background shadow. That separation is what gives the finished piece its drama. The model is ready for Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, ArtCAM, and Fusion 360, and it runs on a CNC router or a 3D printer. For machining, rough it out with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back with a 3mm ball nose at 10 percent stepover to pull the fur, the water lines, and the texture in the cliff face. Scale it up and the waterfall detail and moon shadows only get better. Carve it in hardwood, MDF, or acrylic for wall art, lodge signs, mantel pieces, or a gift for the wolf lover in your life. A light stain or paint wash makes the moon and water really pop.
