About this design
A single tree spreads its canopy over a looping infinity knot woven from twisting vines, with layered mountains rolling along the bottom of the ring. It is the kind of carve that quiets a room. Catch raking light across the finished piece and the branches, leaf clusters, and braided vines throw soft shadows that make the whole panel feel alive.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for depth and clean reads. The round border, the knotwork, and the canopy are sculpted in layers so the toolpaths stay crisp and the shadows fall where you want them. It is ready for Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, ArtCAM, and Fusion 360, and it runs well on a CNC router cutting hardwood, walnut, maple, or MDF, or on a resin or filament 3D printer for smaller plaques. For the cleanest result, hog out the waste with a 6mm end mill at a 40 percent stepover, then come back and finish with a 3mm ball nose at a 10 percent stepover to pull out the vine twists and tiny leaves. Scale it up and the texture only gets better. A light stain or paint wash sinks into the recesses and makes the canopy and mountain ridges pop. Use it for living room wall art, a meditation or yoga corner, boho and cottagecore decor, or an anniversary gift for someone who loves the woods.
