About this design
Six faces of the North American wild, packed into one panel. A wolf stares straight out from the center, a bald eagle holds its ground above, and a bull moose, a lynx, a bison and a grizzly fill out the corners. Carve this and you get a piece that feels like the whole backcountry is watching from the wall.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for deep, dramatic carving. Look at the layered fur, the feather detail on the eagle, the way each animal sits at its own depth so the composition reads with real dimension. It runs cleanly in Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, ArtCAM and Fusion 360, and the toolpaths come off smooth on a CNC router. You can also scale it for a 3D printer or a deep laser engrave. For best results, rough it with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back and finish with a 3mm ball nose at 10 percent stepover to pull out the fine fur and feather lines. Cut it in walnut, maple, oak or MDF for a hunting lodge sign, a cabin wall panel, a centerpiece for a man cave, or a standout gift for anyone who lives for the outdoors.
The file is an instant digital download, so you can have it on the machine today. Commercial use is included, which means you are free to carve it, sell the finished pieces at shows and in your shop, or hand one off as a gift. Add it to your library and put six legends of the wild under your bits.
