About this design
Two faces meet across a single cross. On one side, the calm sorrow of Jesus beneath the crown of thorns. On the other, the Lion of Judah caught mid-roar, mane flowing, fierce and alive. Below them a family stands together at the foot of the cross, small against the clouds. The finished carve tells a whole story in one panel, strength and sacrifice held in the same piece of wood.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for clean cutting and deep shadow. The recessed background throws the portraits forward, so the lion's teeth and the strands of the crown read sharp once the dust is blown off. It comes ready for Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, and ArtCAM, and it runs well on a CNC router or a 3D printer. For the smoothest result, rough it out with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back with a 3mm ball nose at a tight 10 percent stepover to pull every fine line out of the hair, the mane, and those four little figures at the base. Cut it in oak, walnut, or maple for a church plaque, a prayer room centerpiece, an Easter display, or a gift that means something.
The file downloads instantly, so you can be loading toolpaths within the hour. Commercial use is included, which means you are free to carve these and sell them at shows, in your shop, or to your congregation. Download it, carve it, gift it, and let this one preach a little on its own.
